The honeymoon period of the first half of trimester is behind us, and final assessments and exams await. Fortunately, there is a lot you can do to prepare and a lot of support available to make the journey from lecture theatre to exam room achievable.
Taking time to create a study plan is a key way to help you focus on your studies. Be sure to include breaks which will help you stay relaxed and able to concentrate. For your plan to be successful, you may have to temporarily reduce your commitments, which will require negotiation with your friends, family, flatmates and/or your employer to ensure they understand your needs in this time. Being as healthy as possible will help sticking to your plan much easier, so try to get enough sleep, eat nutritious foods and stay chemical and alcohol free.
To complement your plan and remaining lectures and tutorials, consider accessing some of the services below for advice and support.
